St Martins
St Martins is a small hamlet located some six miles from Perth. 
Although a quiet and peaceful place to live these days, there is an intriguing history to the area.
Noteably and well documented is that of Macbeth, the tales of whom will be told in the history of the village.
Being on an 'old coaching road', there must be many a tale there!
St Martins gave it's name to San Martin in Buenos Aires by Peter MacDonald, who, born in St Martins in 1844, settled in Buenos Aires in the early 1860's.
